Job descriptionEnsure the safety of their team Supervise and lead construction crews on-site Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Coordinate and schedule daily activities Install cladding and building envelope products with their team Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines Conduct quality control checks to guarantee work meets specifications Manage project budgets and expenses Utilize construction management software for project tracking Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations Strong supervisory skills with experience in leading teams Strong hand on skills with cladding / siding products Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects
