Job Overview :

Are you looking for a great team to work with and grow your skills with?

Do you want to be coached and mentored on your leadership?

We are seeking a skilled working foreman to join our cladding team.

You will oversee and work on construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the safety of their team
  • Supervise and lead construction crews on-site
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities
  • Install cladding and building envelope products with their team
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Conduct quality control checks to guarantee work meets specifications
  • Manage project budgets and expenses
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

    • Experience :

  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in leading teams
  • Strong hand on skills with cladding / siding products
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately
  • Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects

    • This position requires someone who has great leadership potential, is highly organized and is hungry to learn and grow!
