Sounds like something you are up for? That’s why we need you to complete our team. The target start date for this position is March 2022 and the role is located at CFB Petawawa, Ontario.
The Role :
- Develop training materials in a variety of media; following established guidelines to design and develop training materials for delivery in a classroom setting, using computer-based training, video, and instructors in conjunction with actual or simulated equipment and systems
- Develop storyboards, lessons, instructor guides (IGs), student guides (SGs), and other training materials, using computerized database, word processing and computer-based training development tools
- Collaborate with SMEs, graphic artists, and others as directed to design and develop computer-aided instruction (CAI) and mediated interactive lecture lessons
- Work independently or with other team members and customers to validate training materials
Your Profile :
- Relevant Diploma from a trade / technical school and 3 - 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of a Learning Content Management System (LCMS)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English are mandatory
- Ability to create and update a wide variety of media with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Animate, Media Encoder, Premier, and Audition and other Adobe software
- Be able to hold a Canadian Level II NATO Secret Security Clearance
- CAE employees must be able to meet the requirements of the Canada Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and in certain cases, ITAR requirements.
- In accordance with CAE’s Epidemic / Pandemic vaccination policy, as the work to be performed occurs on a customer site where vaccination is required by the Government of Canada, there is a condition of employment to be fully vaccinated.
- Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or with a valid Work Permit (mandatory)
