Reporting to the shift Supervisor and / or Operations Manager, the Project / Specialty Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general cleaning services at assigned commercial client sites. This will include set up / tear down of events / carpet cleaning as assigned and other special projects. Providing direction and support to the assigned Helpers as well as assisting as / when required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Office / Supervision Duties
- Review work orders assigned daily and communicate with other associates involved as needed
- Check routing and directions to each job as required
- Review Connect team tasks
- Inspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs is in good working order and loaded on company vehicles prior to leaving the office
- Create a requisition for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week
Client Site Duties
Complete jobs to specifications to customer’s satisfactionManage work assignments within units allocated, and ensure the materials and equipment units taken are recorded on the work ordersInspect the work completed to ensure the job meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirementsFacilitate customer inspection of the job after completion, request customer signs off on the form indicating their satisfaction, and process payment for work completedHandle re-service requests promptly and courteouslyTake a genuine interest in providing customer satisfactionProvide training to Helpers to complete all jobs in accordance to specifications outlinedGeneral Duties
Maintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working orderKeep the interior of the vehicles and all equipment that is used neat and cleanMaintain comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the business and services offered, advise Operations Manager appropriately, qualify jobs to be completed and gain the confidence of clientsAttend weekly meetings with production teamAttend training workshops as required for the production teamHelp train new crew helpers / technicians in accordance with ServiceMaster standardsMaintain professional conduct and appearance in all client facing activitiesEstablish positive rapport with fellow staffProvide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the clientConduct all work in accordance with company safety policiesAdherence to all company workplace policiesPerform other duties as may be requiredQUALIFICATIONS - Must have a valid drivers license

Work experience required : Minimum of four (2) years of experience in cleaning services. Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
Job-related experience required : Two (2) years in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
