Position : Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time contract role. The successful candidate will handle inbound customer calls related to orders, inquiries, invoices, and complaints, providing accurate information and timely, professional resolution.
What you’ll do :
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Provide product and service information and assist with orders
- Review, assess, and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Explain billing and service charges clearly
- Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Follow up on open inquiries to ensure resolution
- Identify trends in customer calls and share insights with the supervisor
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
