Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time contract role. The successful candidate will handle inbound customer calls related to orders, inquiries, invoices, and complaints, providing accurate information and timely, professional resolution.

What you’ll do :

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Provide product and service information and assist with orders
• Review, assess, and resolve customer concerns and complaints
• Explain billing and service charges clearly
• Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Follow up on open inquiries to ensure resolution
• Identify trends in customer calls and share insights with the supervisor
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned
