Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced technical leader for our DevOps organization. This role will combine people management skills and hands-on technical skills to shape the future of our software development methodology and infrastructure. We have a very exciting and challenging journey and DevOps is a key aspect of that journey.

Essential Functions

• Technical Lead and People Manager for a DevOps team.
• Design, evolve, and scale DevOps best practices across CI / CD, infrastructure, reliability, security, and DevSecOps.
• Act as a strategic leader and visionary, balancing long-term DevOps strategy with near-term execution.
• Lead and grow the DevOps team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth.

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Total Target Cash (TTC) Range : 118,377.21 - 157,996.89 - 197,496.11 CAD Annual
