Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated sales representative to join our team!

The ideal candidate will nurture warm leads with quick turnaround times; build and maintain client relationships and close deals.

You will be working closely with a Team Manager and the Sales Team.

As a Sales Representative at Norsteel, you will build relationships through your professionalism and ensure customers make informed decisions.

You will also be part of a rewarding journey. Your role will involve building quick, genuine relationships with our clients and offering follow-up after-sales service for years after purchases.

Your role is crucial as you are the primary point of contact between our business and customers. On a day-to-day basis you will :

  • Ensure customers have the correct products and services by understanding their needs
  • Work with warm leads provided by the Company
  • Tailor presentations to customer needs
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Meet Company-set targets

Qualifications

A minimum of two years' sales experience is required for the intermediate Sales Representative at Norsteel Buildings, along with a minimum OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) or GED (General Educational Development) Education.

This candidate needs to possess a combination of soft, technical and interpersonal skills :

100% Uncapped Commissions. There is no hourly wage or salary base attached to this role.

On Target Earnings - Starting from $105,000.00. Provides DRAWS for the first 3 months for this role.
