Paid Search and SEO Senior Manager
In this exciting new role, the Senior Manager, Paid Search and SEO will serve as a key strategist for building on this rapid expansion and driving continued customer growth.
The manager will need to bridge the current gap between paid and organic keyword strategies and through this work, has the opportunity to unlock cost savings to contribute significantly to the business’s bottom line.
This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive paid search and SEO strategies to improve our online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and ultimately increase revenue.
Success requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, paid advertising platforms, keyword research, and analytics tools.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving tangible growth within the search ecosystem and will be able to balance both the short term execution details and the strategic big picture.
What you'll do :
- Create a comprehensive strategy across paid and organic search to invest more efficiently with maximum ROI.
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads toward the highest ROAS on a daily basis. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA), to make data-driven decisions
- Implement and manage bid strategies, budget allocation, and ad scheduling to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms and opportunities for expansion
- Partner cross functionally with brand and product teams to create and optimize ad copy and landing pages to generate the highest conversion
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic, including link building
- Perform website audits, including site structure improvements and content optimization
- Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Forecast potential growth based on these improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO and paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand initiatives.
- Recommend areas for content development to improve organic performance and own creation of required copy.
What you bring to the table :
- Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns and driving double digit growth in organic revenue.
- Background working on a performance marketing team with ambitious growth targets.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and / or JavaScript to drive and support SEO related roadmap with the engineering and digital merchandising teams.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
