This is a highly technical role for someone who is comfortable building a data platform to support internal stakeholders.

The Staff Product Manager on our NuOrder B2B team is responsible for the development and optimization of our Product Data Catalog, which powers user experiences on all of our platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, data management, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

What you’ll be responsible for :

  • Lead the product development for our Product Data Catalog, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, POS, and sales to deliver high-quality search and browse experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points related to product data management, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility within the catalog.
  • Create easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with design team members.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the Catalog.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to product data management.

What you’ll be bringing to the team :

  • Great communicator who drives success through alignment
  • Data-driven mindset - strong analytical skills to help root your decisions
  • Experience building products or features from the ground up, working from an idea to a launched product
  • Expert in Agile / Scrum development cycle, building and delivering high-quality software on time
  • Experience integration systems using APIs and / or middlewares
  • Showcasing customer empathy by working with customers, design and development teams for ideating on solutions
  • Ability to prioritize requests and manage stakeholder expectations as data is in heavy demand

Even better if you have, but not necessary :

  • Components of a big data solution
  • Google Cloud Platform’s data solutions (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker)
  • Knowledge of GitHub
  • Digital Marketing product / feed management experience
