ROLE SUMMARY :

Are you a commercial leader who has track record of delivering outstanding results through actionable insights and data-driven strategies?

Labatt Breweries of Canada is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Strategic Executive Consultant within our sales and marketing division.

As the Strategic Executive Consultant, you will be leading a 3-6 month crucial project, to then transition into a full-time executive role in Canada.

Your expertise will be the driving force behind our a sales and marketing initiative, leveraging your strong communication skills to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Your ability to deliver results will be paramount as you lead the charge in implementing innovative strategies that propel our brand forward.

As a seasoned leader, you will possess a keen understanding of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, coupled with experience in stakeholder management both internally and externally.

You will be quick to act on strategy, capitalizing on market opportunities and driving measurable growth for our organization.

You'll have the opportunity to leverage your wealth of experience to make a tangible impact on Labatt's continued growth and success.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Experience in CPG : Your familiarity with the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry equips you to understand market dynamics and consumer trends, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management : Your experience in effectively managing relationships, both internally and externally, ensures collaboration and alignment of goals, driving mutual success.
  • Years of Experience : 7+ years of relevant experience
