Job description

Construction Manager — 4–6‑Storey & Townhomes

We’re seeking a site‑based Construction Manager to lead delivery of residential mid‑rise (4–6 storeys) and townhome communities. You will manage day‑to‑day field operations, coordinate trades and inspections, enforce safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule and budget from mobilization through occupancy.

What you’ll do :

Direct site logistics, short‑interval planning, and multi‑trade coordination
Maintain rigorous safety compliance (toolbox talks, audits, investigations)
Enforce QA / QC for framing, envelope, MEP rough‑ins, and finishes; prevent rework
Own schedule updates and recovery actions; support cost control and change reviews
Lead commissioning and turnover; achieve occupancy approvals on time

What you bring :

5–10+ years on‑site leadership on 4–6‑storey mid‑rise and / or townhome projects

Expertise in building codes, inspections, envelope, and MEP coordination

Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project / P6, and digital field tools

CSTS, First Aid / CPR, Fall Protection; COR experience an asset
