Mississauga location organization in the manufacturing industry is looking for a part-time Human Resources administrator for a permanent opportunity.
With a focus on Health & Safety, Employee Engagement, Employee Onboarding and more, this role will work along side the owner of the organization.

What’s The Responsibilities of the Role :
- Work alongside the owner with responsibility to build the HR department
- Oversee and manage employee engagement programs
- Onboarding and training set up of new hires
- Update and maintain employee files
- Lead new HR department projects
- Support employees with any HR inquires
- Oversee Health & Safety program
- Other project assigned by the owner
Qualification For the Role :
- 4-6 years of HR Administration and / or Generalist experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to details
- Strong MS Office skills and HRIS experience is a must
