The Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Operations Manager to lead and oversee environmental service lines, including stack and stationary engine testing, ambient air monitoring, LDAR, and OGI projects at industrial and energy-sector facilities. This role combines strategic oversight with operational management, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient project delivery while supporting cross-training, professional development, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety / quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Implement and improve office and project procedures for efficiency.
• Support HR functions, mentoring, and staff development.
• Lead or support field programs and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Review and approve project deliverables, reports, and regulatory submissions.
