Shift : 7 : 30am to 7 : 30pm, rotation-shift (5 days on 5 days off then 4 days on 4 days off) Job Type : Permanent, Full Time Role. Essential Functions Pull orders accurately as assigned. Read, interpret and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions Stage orders according to carrier location and verify : number of pallets picked as well as stage location Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer. Recognize damaged product at any point in the warehousing process and take appropriate action when discovered Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process Be aware of and follow location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures May be required to train others in various warehouse functions, including the safe operation of various powered industrial lift equipment. Perform housekeeping duties Additional Responsibilities Some locations may require a Motor Vehicles Records (MVR) check as a part of the background screening process to drive a company vehicle as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to input data into computer system(s) in use Work overtime as assigned Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Ability to work independently and as member of a team Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices Qualifications H.S. diploma / GED preferred One (1 year or more related warehouse experience preferred One (1 year or more powered industrial lift experience preferred Powered industrial truck certification Safety Sensitive Non-Regulated Tech-Operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery DOT Regulated No Job Category Warehousing Compensation Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type.
