AFIMAC Canada has both part-time and full-time openings for Train Marshalls.
You will Earn :
- $35 per hour
- Accommodation provided when required
Hours :
Part-time : 20-33 hours per week (depending on route assigned)Full-time : 35-50 hours per week (depending on route assigned)Key Responsibilities :
Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situationsMonitor potential threats and adjust security measuresMaintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all situations.Collaborate with other security personnel, including drivers, logistical support, and surveillance teams, to ensure the overall safety of subject / s.Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occurEstablish and maintain secure environments.Conduct risk assessments and proactive threat planningMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalismJob Requirements :
2+ years in close protection experienceValid Security License (in province of hiring)Use of Force trainingAbility to travel and work away from home regularlyFormer police / military or close protection training preferredMartial arts or use-of-force background requiredExcellent communication, judgement, and de-escalation skillsProfessional grooming and punctuality requiredMust be customer service-orientedAble to work independently and in a team environmentOvernight travel may be requiredIdeal Candidate Profile :
