Job Title : eCRM Support Developer with Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM

Location : PEI Canada

The scope of the services may include, but are not limited to :

  • Oracle Sales and Service PAAS
  • Providing production issue support to clients with eCRM composable solutions, comprised of Government’s prebuilt components and Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM;
  • Providing exceptional customer service support;
  • Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis to solve problems in an integrated environment;
  • Creating Microsoft Azure DevOps tickets for issues and update after resolution;
  • Ensuring proper and best practice fixes are implemented. Ensuring quick fixes are only utilized when time is of the essence, and ensuring that quick fixes are addressed prior to closure of the ticket;
  • Ensuring clients are kept informed of the status of their production issues;
  • Ensuring timeline commitments are met or exceeded (SLA’s);
  • Leveraging program skills in Angular, HTML, API’s, and / or Oracle Fusion Cloud and continuing to add to the composable components when time permits;
  • Building applications / solutions comprised of the composable modules to meet simple client solutions and needs;
  • Modifying existing Angular code or creating new code in accordance with approved design specifications, best coding practices, and technical guidelines, to ensure high quality and performance of the resulting module(s);
  • Working with various stakeholders to develop and document the technical design for applications;
  • Performing full application upgrades and patches within a full stack environment;
  • Developing code for multiple tier deployment environments (Dev, QA, Staging, and Production); and
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Government.

A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a Developer or Support Desk Analyst / Developer in a complex environment (front end, middle, and back end).

This experience must include :

  • Providing exceptional support to Clients;
  • Addressing issues requiring code that is well designed, tested, and put into a production environment;
  • Developing or supporting web applications;
  • Experience with some existing and emerging software development tools, frameworks, and languages;
  • Experience with web technologies, protocols, and tools;
  • Using open source frameworks to create microservices; and
  • Working closely with other team members to produce accurate production fix estimates and manage the transition from root cause analysis through to delivery.

A minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in delivering and / or supporting solutions using :

  • Angular;
  • HTML, JSON, XML;
  • CSS, SASS;
  • Microsoft Graph or SharePoint; and
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM.

The following skills and abilities :

  • Customer service orientation;
  • Exceptional root cause analysis skills;
  • Strong critical reasoning skills;
  • Experience working with MS Azure DevOps and managing its boards; and
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Government considers the following experience as an asset :

  • Experience working with government organizations;
  • Experience working in an Agile environment;
  • Experience with automation servers, CI using software such as Azure Devops Pipeline and Git; and
  • Experience working with MuleSoft.
