Credit-Free Instructor Massage Therapy Diploma Outreach Supervisors

The Outreach Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting massage therapy students during their off‑site clinical placements at community outreach locations. This role ensures that students deliver safe, ethical and professional treatments, adhere to program expectations and represent the institution in a positive manner. The Outreach Supervisor requires strong observational, communication and evaluative skills along with the ability to liaise between the outreach‑site students and the academic team.

Key Responsibilities

Student Supervision and Professional Oversight

• Observe students during clinical practice at off‑site outreach locations to ensure proper techniques, demonstration of professional conduct and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide real‑time guidance and support as students work with clients, helping to develop their confidence, competence and clinical judgment.
• Intervene when necessary to ensure client safety and uphold ethical and professional standards.
