As a key member of our Marketing team, the Brand & Event Specialist will work in collaboration with the sales team on the Connect&GO brand and events to increase the company's notoriety and growth in North America, Europe and other potential markets.

The successful candidate is a dynamic, autonomous, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and design thinking skills.

What you'll do as our new Brand & Event Marketing Specialist :

Event Management (75%) :

• Plan, organize, and execute business events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Handle all event logistics, from venue selection to on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Ensure that we reach our goals for each event.

Brand & PR Support (25%) :

• Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials and promotional content both online and offline.
• Support PR initiatives and manage media relations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity.
• Provide input on design projects to ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure performance follow-ups with the right people.

What you'll need to succeed :

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English & French given Connect&GO's diverse client base.
• Strong communication and content creation skills.
• Experience in event planning and management (major Business Trade Shows).
• Knowledge of design thinking and best practices in PR.
• Demonstrate autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Montreal pay range

$70,000 $85,000 CAD
