Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on coordinating packaging design projects and managing training programs to enhance the marketing and brand strategies of our products, as well as the efficiency of our training. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Packaging Design coordination :
- Project Management : Coordinate multiple packaging projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints and packaging inventory management
- Design Coordination : Work closely with our internal graphic artist and packaging agency to ensure designs align with our brand identity and functional product requirements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, sales and the supply chain team to gather requirements and feedback throughout the projects .
- Quality Assurance : Ensure packaging meets quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting tests and evaluations as necessary.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, specifications, and changes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Training Program coordination :
- Project Management :
Coordinate training programs for internal teams and external partners between training team, sales team and R&D resource.
Schedule and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.Quality Assurance : Gather feedback from training participantsDocumentation : Track and report on training program metrics, including attendance and participant satisfaction .Various other meeting coordination and planning.Qualifications :
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.PMP certification is a plus.Ability to travel to the United States may be required (less than 10%).What We Offer :
