Program Operations Manager

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Program Operations Manager to help drive seamless operations and deliver impactful projects. What You’ll Do : Daily Operations

  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments to oversee daily operations.
  • Manage ongoing projects and promotions in the CRM.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams to keep workflows efficient and on track.

Project Management

  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

    • Reliability and Efficiency

  • Handle critical tasks and projects with high reliability.
  • Streamline operational processes and suggest improvements.
  • Be available on-demand after work hours when needed.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from various departments.
  • Foster collaboration and deliver tangible results promptly.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 2–4 years of experience in operational or project management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong technical affinity and ability to quickly grasp new systems.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of reliability and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams.
