Job description

Inside Sales Representative, Tech Solutions

This role is dedicated to our Technology Solutions Business unit servicing our local clients and reporting into the Country Sales Manager, Technology Solutions. The Inside Sales Development Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our partners and customers. The Inside Sales Representative will interact with the business development managers, internal stakeholders, resellers, and end-user customers directly on transactions.

Day to Day

  • Support large technology Partners and Resellers with quoting and deal processing
  • Assist with implementation of new sales programs, promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Propose deal structures and follow-up with resellers to assist in closing outstanding approvals
  • Review all pending applications to determine possible next steps and to contact reseller if necessary
  • Resolve transactional issues (Pending, declines and deficiencies)
  • Prospect new Partners and Manufacturers
  • Assist in resolving billings concerns, changes, invoices and collection issues
  • Assist the commercial team to create, manage and achieve their commercial goals and sales quotas

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years sales or related leasing experience
  • Thorough knowledge of current marketplace trends and prior client management experience with ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communications skills
  • Problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and a solid team player
  • A “need to win” attitude and the ability to persevere to see the process through to completion
  • Time management - superior planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (French / English) is an asset

    Applicable Pay Range

    50,768 - $76,152 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)

    DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

    This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, pension plan, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
