Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in refining, executing, and optimizing strategic digital marketing initiatives. This position entails overseeing campaign implementation, streamlining marketing operations, and spearheading advanced website optimization efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic

This role is 100% ONSITE in Burlington.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, optimize, and provide strategic oversight for paid digital campaigns across social media (Meta and TikTok) and SEM (Google Ads) platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Implement and manage tracking for digital campaigns, ensuring accurate
measurement and reporting of campaign performance.
Enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts by optimizing website touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience from awareness to conversion.
Regularly perform website audits to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing overall site performance, user experience, SEO, and implement required optimizations.
Oversee marketing operations including assisting with CRM management, email marketing automation, and analytics.
Streamline and optimize marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, website metrics, and overall digital marketing ROI, providing comprehensive reports to leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with the content, designs, and the sales team create customer-focused messaging and content aligned with marketing strategies and company goals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing budget, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with strategic goals and maximizes ROI.
Ensure consistent and clear communication across all digital marketing channels to maintain brand integrity and messaging.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in digital marketing processes and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Real estate or finance industry experience preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing paid media campaigns with $10M+ annual budgets, demonstrating the ability to effectively grow and optimize these budgets over time.
Experience with AI and machine learning applications in digital marketing is a plus.
Advanced proficiency and proven experience in successfully managing paid digital marketing campaigns on social media (Meta and TikTok) and SEM (Google Ads) platforms.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with website optimization techniques with the ability to execute necessary changes.
Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of efficiently prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Proficient in digital tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Mailchimp, and other relevant platforms.
