Responsibilities :
- Work closely with project teams to help lead the change management work stream, including :
- Training
- Identifying end users and core functionality / uses of projects
- Evaluate extent of change from current business process
- Collaborate with training team to generate training plans, resources and assist with any training deliverables
- Communication
- Deliver ongoing communications with sponsorship, project team, subject matter experts and end users through life of projects
- Solicit employee feedback via surveys, meetings, emails, etc.
- Prepare change management strategies to maximize efficiency of project teams
- Consult with members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance
- Manage relationships and provide feedback to project team in order to monitor and assess the impact of change on employees.
- Manage invested parties and executive sponsors expectations
- Manage change management issues and escalate to senior management where necessary
- Create and manage change management documentation including, but not limited to, risk and readiness assessments
Ideal Candidate Must-have :
- Minimum 3-5 years of successfully executing change management as a Change Management Specialist or Practitioner or equivalent
- A recognized degree or certificate in Change Management
- Experience in creating change management plans, risk assessments, communication planning, tracking and management of change management progress, tracking issues, and managing training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Deals comfortably with senior management and can present and converse with people in positions of authority.
- Good judgment and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of action.
- Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors.
- Must have an adaptable change management style to overcome unexpected challenges during the project.
- Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment.
