Senior Programme Manager

Manages thedelivery of the project from inception to financial closeout.

Work with theClient to create the projectscope

Ensure that eachproject is managed in full accordance with clientprocesses.

Ensure OnTime / OnBudget metrics are met in line with the KPI tolerances on allprojects.

Proactivemanagement ofProjects.

RegularDashboard reporting to key stakeholders on progress risk schedulesandquality

Manage theHealth Safety on the projects as per the CBREtoolkit.

Dayto day line management of dedicated Project Coordinator ensuringall database administration and financial governance is carried outwithinKahua.

Ensure Kahua(CBRE PM reporting software) tool is kept up to date in accordancewith keyobjectives.

Manage the setuprunning and close out of all financial and nonfinancial projectrelatedmatters.

Tracking ofProject Funding Requests andupdates.

ChangeManagement

Reconcilefinancial system funding withKahua.

Assist inpreparation of Project Budgets and Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs).

Coordinate andprepare various reports and presentations asrequired.

Project VendorManagement performance monitoring of designers consultants andcontractors.

Devise andcommunicate procurement strategies forapproval.

Coordinate andimplement process and procedures for the wider PJMTeam.

Additional adhoc tasks supporting the PJMTeam.

Assist withpreparation of capital expenditure budgets andforecasts.

Ability tosupport and lead with continual process development playbookupdates development of newtemplates

Adhere to theclients Critical Environment Work Authorisation (CEWA) criticalprocesses and reportingrequirements

Ensure correctcontracting process is followed for each region and that servicelevels are met in compliance withagreements.

Lead on updatingthe EMEA ProjectPlaybook

Prepare projectscheduling and conflict avoidance with BAU and FM activities andchange freezes to maximize programme duration and minimiserisk.

Strong technicalskills : Design Management Procurement Contracts Management Projectfinance management Project deliverexperience

Experienced atmanaging an internalteam

HasCorporate Real Estate experience Finance Sector is anadvantage

Experience inmanaging / running commercial construction relatedprojects

Experience andknowledge of Banking Processes and One View Projecttool.

Experienced inStakeholder management and client interface at seniorlevel.

Experience indatabase systems and projectadministration.

Experience inconstruction / design / fit out / projectmanagement
