As a global technology and engineering leader we provide solutionsfor customers in industrial and municipal markets. The RegionalSales Manager is responsible for driving front line sales andmeeting assigned quota for the territory they handle.
This is afrontline sales position and will be a perfect fit for a highenergy saleshunter / closer!
Responsibilitiesinclude :
5 years in a direct sales positionselling wastewater equipment to contractors on municipal water& wastewater projects. Existing relationships withmanufacturers reps and able to hire (or replace) reps ifrequired.
Review project specs to positionclient strategically and pursue bids to convert a lead / bid to apurchase order. Work on projects with consultants at earlystages.
Travel (50%) to support sales repsand schedule calls. Conduct Technical Sales Presentations toengineers end users and decision makers.
Increase sales through targeted sales campaigns to meet annualterritory sales and profitability targets.
Review purchase orders for pricing lead times terms and conditionsbefore passing on the purchase order to project management team.
Ability to effectively present informationin a clear and organized manner respond professionally andaccurately to questions from reps and consultants.
Manage multiple responsibilities throughoutthe day demonstrating flexibility in a fastgrowing company. Otherduties asrequired
Required :
4year Engineering degree; preferably in Mechanical Engineering.Technical degree or equivalent.
5 yearsexperience in a valve or gate industry. Relevant wastewater salesexperience will also be considered.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communicationskills
Demonstrated ability to plan organizeand multitask in order to meetdeadlines
