Data Entry Clerk

• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data across internal systems.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before input.
• Creating manifests for outbound shipments.
• Monitor check in process for drivers.
• Scanning, and filing paperwork.
• Maintain and organize electronic records in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with customers and carriers.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Support other administrative tasks as required by the team lead.

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with database systems, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation to the SE industrial area for late shift work.
• Availability to work full-time during evening hours (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial operations.
• Post-secondary education or training in administration or a related field.
