Working together, we’ll create a future that’s more connected, more intelligent, more sustainable for everyone Responsibilities Lead validation of integrated software releases at the subsystem level. Work Cross-functionally with various vehicle control teams to land quality end to end features. Develop a strong understanding of various hardware platforms. Support failure analysis and root cause analysis for test and integration issues. Develop test strategies for vehicle level features to help ensure proper test coverage and assist with automation. Bridge the gap between software development and integration of Infotainment software as it pertains to vehicle software. Collaborate with Quality team to ensure a tight feedback loop. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field. 5+ years hands-on experience integrating and testing Automotive embedded sub-systems or similar consumer electronics devices. Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI / CD) software development models. Solid understanding and experience with RTOS and POSIX-based embedded systems; one or more of Linux, Android, QNX. Fluency with debugging communications issues involving Ethernet and CAN using industry standard tools. Experience developing configuration, measurement, and testing scripts using. Python within the context of a test automation framework. Experience with audio, video, graphics subsystems and peripherals is highly desired. Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment. Team player with excellent communication skills. Passion to take software from development to a verified product. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Vancouver, BC, Canada Based Applicants : $108,200 - $143,430 CAD. The posted salary represents the lowest and highest ranges RV Tech reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. Any posted salary range pertains only to the estimated starting pay for the role. Actual starting pay is based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, skillset, qualifications, specific competencies, relevant education, and location.
