Controller

Kelly Services is partnering with a growing esports and gaming production company to hire a permanent, fully remote Controller . Reporting to the CFO and CEO, the Controller will lead accounting operations and financial reporting while helping build scalable processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting, including AP / AR, payroll (Canada & US), and cash flow management
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support IFRS and TSX-V reporting requirements
• Lead audit and consolidation processes
• Ensure compliance with Canadian, US, and international tax and regulatory requirements
• Improve financial processes and internal controls to support growth
