Northland Properties Corporation is seeking a Development Coordinator to support new construction and renovation projects within our expanding portfolio of Hotels, Restaurants, and Resorts.

As our Development Coordinator, you’ll support our Development Director from early design through construction, ensuring that AutoCAD models and project documentation are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with project objectives.

This role combines digital coordination with development support—ideal for someone who is proactive and thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoying being part of planning, design, and construction teams. Your key duties will include :

• Coordinate and manage AutoCAD models and project documentation from concept through construction.
• Develop and manage project‑specific execution plans and related AutoCAD documentation.
• Conduct model audits and clash detection to identify potential construction issues.
• Provide model‑based solutions, drawing exports, schedules, and reports for internal teams and consultants.
• Train and support team members in AutoCAD and best practices.
