Summary of the role :

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer who has a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a variety of business and industry settings. They will embrace a team-oriented approach and prioritize customer service to ensure a positive client experience with Quartech. As a Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer, you will work within our clients' agile product teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet their needs. For each project you will be working closely with other developers, steering them through the configuration, customization, coding, and integration processes, and engage with stakeholders to ensure that the solution aligns with business objectives.

Location : Hybrid BC or remote Canada

Hours : Must be able to accommodate PST work hours

Salary : $80,000 - $140,000 annually.

• We're looking for developers of all levels. This is a fulltime permanent position.

In this role, your major responsibilities will be :

Incrementally designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying new and existing software applications using modern software delivery tools, frameworks, and deployment methods that extend Microsoft Power Platform applications.

Customize Dynamics CRM / Power Apps / Dynamics 365 applications

Develop plugins using C# to bridge the gap between client requirements and platform capabilities

Write front end JavaScript's to build features and improve user experience

Use HTML / CSS on web-resources on Forms

Support data migration activities

Support platform upgrade activities

Build Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows

Need expertise on working with Dynamic CRM SDK

Work with Dynamic CRM Web API

Work with Data Standard, Fetch XML and XRM Toolbox.

Communicating technical decisions and inquiries to clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

Establishing and enforcing quality standards for development and design of the Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform, while effectively managing changes.

Designing and developing software applications that integrate with Microsoft Power Platform in alignment with agreed-upon specifications, while adhering to client, industry, and Quartech standards.

Creating technical documentation

Job Specific Technical Knowledge :

Experience administrating Microsoft Power Platform applications

Experience with Power Platform including Model-driven Apps, Dynamics 365 apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, Business Process flows.

Knowledge of reporting for example out-of-box Reports, Excel Templates, SSRS, Power BI, Dashboards.

Expert knowledge in Data Migration strategies like Data Export Service, the Dynamics 365 Data Import Wizard, SSIS, Microsoft Data Flows, and any third-party data migration tool.

Expert knowledge and use of multiple Modern Backend Frameworks, Languages, and Tools (e.g. ASP.Net, .Net / .Net Core, C#, NuGet, Node.js, npm).

Expert knowledge, and use of multiple Modern Frontend Frameworks, Languages, and Tools (e.g. ASP.Net, React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, npm).

Expert knowledge and use of multiple Relational and Non-relational Databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL).
