Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Provide leadership to the Rooms Department to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Develop and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate operational coverage and approve payroll.
- Manage departmental supplies, equipment, and expenses effectively.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel leaders to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE :
- Previous hotel customer service and management experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team‑building abilities.
- Highly organized and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commitment to guest service excellence with a proactive and solution‑focused mindset.
$60-70,000 per year based on experience.
