Our Public Sector Client requires various Senior Systems Analysts (10+ years) to assist in the analysis, design, development, and testing of the InfoDec Modernization Project and related systems using Java technologies .
Responsibilities to Include :
- Evaluate existing solutions to determine their best fit and their reusability and adaptability;
- Analyze the functional requirements to identify potential solutions;
- Define input and / or output sources, including detail system requirements for technical design phase, and obtain approval of the solution’s proposal;
- Design and document in detail all solutions components, their interfaces and operational environment;
- Design data structures and files, sub-systems and modules, programs, and production monitoring procedures, testing strategy and systems;
- Document system design, concepts and facilities, present and obtain approval of detailed system design;
- Develop, test and implement IT solutions and services;
- Support and use the selected methodologies
Must Haves :
- 10+ years as a Systems Analyst
- 7+ years within the last 10 years analyzing and developing with Java , JavaScript or Typescript, AngularJS , NodeJS , REST or SOAP, and WebLogic .
- 7+ years within the last 10 years working with and / or integrating Databases such as DB2, SQL from Java, and REST API layers
- 7+ years within the last 10 years applying testing methodologies and using tools such as Junits, Selenium, Vugen or any other acceptable automation scripting.
- University degree* or College Diploma* in Computer Science or computer programing

- Previous experience working with Java technologies as a Systems Analyst for CRA
