Assistant Parts Manager

Abbotsford Hyundai is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Parts Manager to support the leadership and day‑to‑day performance of our Parts Department. If you’re a strong Parts professional with OEM experience and ready to advance your career, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations within the Parts Department
• Coach and train Parts Advisors and support staff
• Help set sales goals and drive new and repeat business
• Ensure staff stay current on manufacturer campaigns, bulletins, and recalls
• Support inventory control, returns, audits, and annual counts
• Monitor KPIs and assist in driving target performance
• Prepare accurate parts estimates and verify warranty / contract coverage
• Maintain high CSI by resolving customer concerns professionally
• Uphold TAG’s Core Values through all customer and team interactions

What You Bring

• 3+ years of OEM dealership Parts Advisor experience
• Proven ability to grow parts sales with innovative approaches
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism

Schedule : Full-Time

Compensation : $70,000–$80,000 per year
