Abbotsford Hyundai is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Parts Manager to support the leadership and day‑to‑day performance of our Parts Department. If you’re a strong Parts professional with OEM experience and ready to advance your career, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations within the Parts Department
- Coach and train Parts Advisors and support staff
- Help set sales goals and drive new and repeat business
- Ensure staff stay current on manufacturer campaigns, bulletins, and recalls
- Support inventory control, returns, audits, and annual counts
- Monitor KPIs and assist in driving target performance
- Prepare accurate parts estimates and verify warranty / contract coverage
- Maintain high CSI by resolving customer concerns professionally
- Uphold TAG’s Core Values through all customer and team interactions
What You Bring
- 3+ years of OEM dealership Parts Advisor experience
- Proven ability to grow parts sales with innovative approaches
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
Schedule : Full-Time
Compensation : $70,000–$80,000 per year
