Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their dynamic team for a contract role.

As the Purchasing Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :

Managing supplier / customer communication
Invoice processing and attestation
Support operations at site
Dealing with maintenance repair and operations
Managing the tender process
Ad hoc duties as requested

Job Requirements :

Make a positive contribution as a Purchasing Coordinator with our client. The successful Purchasing Coordinator will possess the following :

3+ years of experience in a Contracts Administration / Management environment or similar role

SCMP Designation

Experienced in SAP systems

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

Superior analytical skills

First rate accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Available to start immediately
