Job descriptionAssist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support), activities of daily living, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and laundry Accompany clients on outings, appointments, shopping, and errands where applicable Provide companionship Act as respite for families Maintain daily documentation in electronic chart Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Proficient English communication (verbal and written) Multilingual skills are an asset Ability to travel to clients by transit or car Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized Ontario program or equivalent (RPN, RN, foreign‑trained professional) Previous PSW experience is an asset Access to internet / mobile phone Negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray within the last 6 months Current CPR and First Aid certificate Vulnerable Sector Screen within 12 months Up‑to‑date vaccinations : Covid‑19, MMR, Tdap, Polio, Varicella, Hepatitis B

Job Summary
Your role will involve reporting to the Client Services Coordinator and delivering a high standard of care that keeps clients safe and comfortable in their homes. Services are outlined in personalized care plans.
