Hamilton Continuing Care has an exciting opportunity for a Full time PAL Coordinator to join their team.

• Status : Permanent Full-Time
• Location : 125 Wentworth Street South L8N 2Z1 Hamilton
• Expected Start Date : ASAP

The expected hiring range for this position is $44,000 to $48,000 for Non-Registered and $48,000 to $52,000 for Registered PAL Coordinator. This role falls within a broader internal salary band, with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.
