Responsibilities
- Assists manager with the efficient operation of returns and customer service departments including driver check in product returns merchandising pick- ups QC claims inventory control and office
- Supports manager with all financial and operational metrics for each area are defined and met on a monthly basis
- Drive improvements through employee training and development performance management strategic planning design of task and conceptual thinking regarding best practices
- Align the goals and objectives of the department with that of the company; financial service cost reduction maintaining efficiency and inventory management.
- Establish a culture of high motivation team work good performance and compliance through periodic review
- Assist with various inventory control duties including cycle count and inventory shrink / write off discrepancy research
Qualifications
Knowledge and use of equipment such as Power Cart Pallet Jack RF scannerComputer proficiency in MS Office analysis data and generate reportsMaintain proficient knowledge of productMaintain proficient knowledge of systems and proceduresAbility to motivate and multi-taskProficient knowledge of professional English verbal and written communicationHigh School diplomaPrefer 3 to 5 years experience in furniture retail or warehouse logisticsExcellent writing and analytical skillsLogistics organization and analysisExperience with emphasis on customer relations staffing organizing motivating supervising communicating and negotiatingWhy The Brick
