Job Title : Power Engineer (Process Operator-Resin)

Job Description

Join our team as a Power Engineer ( Process Operator ) where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process. You will monitor and control plant systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a shift kick-off meeting and take over from the previous process operator.
• Monitor and manage batches using SAP computer systems.
• Add ingredients and adjust temperature as per recipe instructions.
• Perform tests to measure temperature, viscosity, and pH levels.
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, involving maintenance team as needed.
• Maintain detailed log notes throughout the shift, both written and digital.
• Spend 65% of the time in the control room overseeing control panels and making adjustments.
• Spend 35% of the time on the plant floor performing maintenance and calibration on equipment.
• Follow pre-start-up, shutdown, lock-out, and emergency procedures.
