Are you a Maintenance Manager who loves developing people, building capability and digging into the real root cause instead of firefighting your way through each shift?

Our client is a major North American heavy manufacturing group with a strong reputation for quality, technical excellence and continuous investment. They operate fast paced sites where learning, respect and problem solving are at the heart of the culture.

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a mixed skill team, strengthen reliability and ensure smooth daily operations in a demanding manufacturing environment. This is a replacement role, ideal for someone who wants to build capability, improve processes and drive long term uptime. Visa sponsorship and relocation support is available.
