Our client is an entrepreneurial, multi-national private equity firm looking to add to their team a Director, Funds and Private Credit. If you have hands on PE industry experience and are looking to make the next move up, please reach out and let us know.
As the Director Funds and Private Credit, the responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Preparation of quarterly financial statements and investor reporting [closed-end funds, special purpose vehicles, general partners, etc.]
- Oversee the fund's tax compliance
- Assist with controls assessment and resolving accounting classification for level 3 investments
- Manage, develop, train and hire a team
