Your Role In Supporting Our Members
As a Platform Engineer , you will implement scalable platform solutions – both SaaS and on‑premise – that enable reusable components for future MVPs, including APIs and core capabilities. You will integrate security best practices, collaborate across development, business, and architecture teams, and ensure robust documentation and monitoring. We’re looking for a technically skilled and collaborative engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building resilient, secure, and high‑performing platforms.
This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at Vancity head office . Our head office is in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on‑site for events and business demands when needed.

This role offers a salary range of $71,500 to $107,300 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
