Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a friendly, energeticand ambitious person to join our team as a Junior Business Development Representative in Edmonton or Calgary for a hybrid opportunity! Whether you’re a social butterfly who loves talking to people or someone already in a business development role, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This role is flexible—work part-time or full-time within Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, so it’s a great opportunity if you’re a student, working another job, or just want some extra flexibility. The role starts as a 6‑month contract with the potential for extension and / or permanency.

What You’ll Do :

• Make outbound calls to new prospects to set up meetings for your Director. (Bonuses available for meetings booked and attended).
• Reach out to potential clients via phone, introducing them to our products / services and identifying their needs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets (200 calls per day).
