Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. is hiring an experienced Journeyman Roofer specializing in commercial flat roofing and SBS torch-on systems. This is a long-term, full-time role offering steady 45-hour work weeks, excellent pay, full benefits, and a supportive team culture.

We're a well-established roofing contractor known for quality workmanship, safety, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage a crew, ensuring productivity, quality, and profitability

Install, repair, and replace SBS, PVC, TPO, EPDM, and flat roofing systems

Perform leak detection, repairs, and waterproofing

Install flashings and complete related metal work

Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow company safety procedures

Coordinate daily with Project Managers and field teams

Assist with material needs and support accurate job planning

What We're Looking For

10+ years of commercial flat roofing experience (required)

Strong experience with SBS torch-on systems

Ability to lead crews and drive profitability

Skilled with hand and power roofing tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation

Red Seal/trade certification is an asset
