Your opportunity :
Working under the direction of the Manager, Finance & Administration, you will perform a wide range of financial responsibilities in the Facilities Management Department. Primary responsibilities include advising staff on accountable operations of budgets with multiple sources of revenue and / or recoveries while applying University policies, procedures and the Guide to Financial Management. You will forecast and plan financial activities, monitor, track, and reconcile department budgets, record, identify and resolve discrepancies, prepare statistics showing expenditure trends and projections, and generate financial reports.
