Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, mounting and balancing tires, transmission servicing, fluid and filter replacements, brake replacements, front-end alignments, battery installations, and headlight / taillight replacements.
• Pre-screen vehicles to identify potential warranty-related issues and assess eligibility for repairs under Ford’s warranty program.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic procedures to identify vehicle issues and provide accurate repair recommendations to guests.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure compliance with provincial emissions and safety requirements.
• Perform necessary repairs and conduct test drives to confirm successful resolutions.
• Stay up to date with current industry best practices in automotive repair.
• Maintain knowledge of Ford's warranty policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure compliance.
• Keep clear, accurate, and legible paperwork for guests and company records.
• Create and maintain electronic service records.
• Clean and maintain a safe, organized work environment to promote equipment longevity and workplace safety.
