Responsibilities
Build data pipelines, monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues.Review existing operations data, research open issues, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams on new and ongoing projects.Design tools and infrastructure to analyze large volumes of data.Assist the team with troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and thorough defect resolution.Provide expertise on cloud‑based data engineering best practices.Maintain clear documentation of processes, models, and data engineering solutions.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the organization.Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.Proficiency in Python, PySpark, data modelling, ETL processes and data integration using Microsoft technologies.Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and querying on Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric, Purview).Experience with SQL and debugging complex queries.Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD experience.Strong understanding of data pipeline engineering and big data design principles.Experience with database, data warehouse or data lake solutions.Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into appropriate language for all stakeholders.Should this excellent opportunity interest you, please submit your resume.
