Pharmascience is currently looking for a Sterile Form Production Technician on the night shift. The Sterile Form Production Technician performs the manufacturing and filling steps for injectable products, performs assembly, operation and disassembly of production equipment and preparation of autoclave and oven charges while following instructions and procedures, in a GMP context.

Tasks and responsabilities :
- Inspect and prepare production areas.
- Proceed with the assembly, adjustment and disassembly of equipment used in production.
- Perform the tasks described in the production files and complete them properly.
- Prepare cleaning solutions, wash equipment and rooms related to production.
- Prepare equipment for sterilization and depyrogenation.
- Keep the various logbooks up to date.
- Perform production tasks from receiving the material to filling and crimping the products (weighing ingredients, mixing, filtering, taking samples, filling, crimping).
- Work in collaboration with the supervisor and stakeholders from other departments to ensure that the work is done according to GMP.
- Check, maintain and calibrate production equipment.
- Write the procedures related to production as well as follow the trainings.
- Maintain the equipment inventory (filter, hoses, sterile wipes, etc.)
- Execute validation protocols related to the injectable products.
Working conditions and physical environment :
- Requires wearing protective equipment at all times
- Requires gowning qualification and simulations with culture medium (media fill)
- Work in a standing position
- Subject to environmental controls when entering aseptic areas
- Participate in investigations following the results when required
- Works in an aseptic environment
Skills, knowledge and abilities :
- Very good knowledge of GMPs,
- Experience in the pharmaceutical field.
- Good knowledge of the regulations.
- Good knowledge of sterile manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to withstand gowning in a controlled area at all times.
- Be comfortable in a highly regulated environment
- Be able to adequately complete documents according to GMP (in real time).
- Good communicator and have the ability to share knowledge during training.
- Ability to concentrate.
- Adequate physical form.
- Be able to work in order to reach the times established according to the quality standards in place
