Data Engineer

The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role blends front-end data visualization with back-end data preparation.

You will work extensively with Snowflake and use SQL to join, structure, and prepare datasets that feed into reporting solutions. You’ll also leverage Python or R for data cleaning, transformation, and automation when needed.

About half of your time will focus on dashboard design and improvements, while the other half will involve managing and optimizing the underlying data pipelines. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and business partners to understand requirements, integrate data sources, and develop metrics-driven reporting that supports key operational insights such as SLA performance, incident resolution timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• Power BI Expertise : Proven ability to build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards for operational and support metrics.
• SQL Proficiency : Experience writing complex queries to join, transform, and structure tables for reporting.
• Snowflake Experience : Comfortable accessing, modeling, and preparing data within Snowflake.
• Python or R : Ability to script for data cleaning, transformation, and light automation tasks.
• Operational Metrics Knowledge : Understanding of support-related KPIs such as SLA, incident resolution, CSAT, ASA, and FCRR.
• Strong Communication : Able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Multi‑Tasking & Prioritization : Capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive Mindset : Self-starter with strong problem‑solving skills.
