Core Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software.
• Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records in coordination with a CPA.
• Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology.
• Payroll, AR, AP, GST, bank reconciliation.
• Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
• Be a great representative of our brand.
• Collect information – possess strong listening and communication skills, ask questions and monitor various aspects of the business to detect problems.
• Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates & insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Enter timesheets and process payroll.

Qualifications (Requirements)

Team Compensation and Benefits

Compensation : $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
